It´s (Always) About Creativity
As "Professional Home Cooks", spending 2+ hours a day seven days a week, we prepare all of our meals/deserts from scratch, studying and experimenting with recipes. We eat fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, meat and fish per day/week/monthly/yearly. We currently use recipes from America, Great Britain, Greece, Italy and Japan/China. Started: 3/2010
Thyroid - Massage daily for 10 minutes, for metabolism and hormones flow in our bodies. Started: 5/2019
Feet work - We stand each foot for 60 seconds, for muscle and balance. Started: 4/2019
Eye work - (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bates_method) Work a 4 step process- Palming, Movement, Visualization, Diet each, 7 days week/365. Started: 11/2018
Water daily 8 glasses each 7 days week/365, using a Brita Filter System Started: 7/2010
Every morning early am, seven days a week, We start our day by using a body brush for circulation and skin health (Swedish Massage Brushes) for 15 minutes. Skin is the largest organ in body. Started: 8/2018
Then I stretch for 10 minutes in am. (see YouTube Video) Started: 4/2016
I then do a ( 15 minutes ) full-body strength training using hand weights, increasing the amount of the weights and repetitions every two months. Started: 12/2017
Cold showers ( 2-3 minutes ) are common at our house. (see YouTube Video) Started: 10/2018
We now walk 3+ hours a day, six days a week, starting early am. Update: as of 4/2019 walked 14040 kilometers / 8,724 miles. Started: 5/2013
We walk with ''Trekking Poles" Started: 4/2016
We do not own a car by choice and enjoy public transportation and walking. Started: 5/2013
Every afternoon we take 30 minute nap/rest. Started: 5/2013
Every 30 minutes we use a chime ( https://clocksmith-lite.soft112.com/ ) to support us to stand up and move our bodies. Started: 6/2016

Continuing to practice as a Professional Home Cooks. We are currently down to €1.02 (was €.98, €.80) per serving ( margin of error 2% ) including a healthy high quality dessert. Eating close to the root, balancing proteins with fruits, vegetables, Nuts, Seeds and 25 different spices plus a caffeine (www.teeccino.com) free, alcohol free and sugar free drinks included in the 1.02 Euro. We love food that loves us back.

Plan 1.: Wanting a ( stand alone ) home on Crete Island. We do not vacation - we "MOVECATION" to explore new location's on the planet.
Plan 2.: In home robot that: cooks, cleans, works with us for Health and Well-Being. ( See Greek / English YouTube Video - ´´Changing Batteries´´ )
Continuing to expand our Health and Well-Being @ 10+ hours per day for each of us.
