It´s (Always) About Creativity
As "Professional Home Cooks", spending 2+ hours a day seven days a week, we prepare all of our meals from scratch, studying and experimenting with recipes. We use fresh fruits and vegetables daily. We currently use recipes from America, Great Britain, Greece, Italy and Japan/China. Started: 3/2010
Water daily 8 glasses each. Started: 7/2010
Every morning early am, seven days a week, I start my day by using a body brush for circulation and skin health (Swedish Massage Brushes) for 15 minutes. Started: 8/2018
Then I stretch for 10 minutes in am. (see YouTube Video) Started: 4/2016
I then do a ( 15 minutes ) full-body strength training using hand weights, increasing the amount of the weights and repetitions every two months. Started: 12/2017
Cold showers ( 2-3 minutes ) are common at our house. (see YouTube Video) Started: 10/2018
We then walk 2+ hours a day, six days a week, starting early am. Started: 5/2013
We walk with ''Treking Poles" Started: 4/2016
Every afternoon take 30 minute nap/rest. Started: 5/2013
Every 30 minutes we use a chime ( https://clocksmith-lite.soft112.com/ ) to support us to stand up and move our bodies. Started: 6/2016
All above was accomplished progressively over time. All of the above comes from our commitment to Health and Well-Being, for mind, body and emotions. ''Crafting A Life''. Started: 8/2005
Continuing to practice as a Professional Home Cook. We are currently down to €.80 (was €.98) per serving (approx.) including a healthy high quality dessert. Eating close to the root, balancing proteins with fruits, vegetables and 25 different spices.
Planning adventures and explorations for 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022.
Plan 1.: Wanting a new (stand alone)home in the Heraklion area of Crete, Greece for April of 2020 for two years. We do not vacation - we "MOVECATION" every two years to explore new location's on the planet.
